2018 Luxury Whishlist
Hello Everyone I hope all of you had an amazing start of the new year, my was a little tired because we arrived back from Thailand on the 31st at midday and after had a new year celebration, but was worth it, because as every trip was amazing and if you'll like to know more about it I just upload the things you need to know about Thailand (more here).
But for this post, we will talk about my luxury whishlist for 2018, which it's very realistic, not too long, no crazy Hermes bags on it, only what honesty haven't left my mind in the last months. My lux shops from last year were almost 80% of them on my list, so let's see how this year goes and hope that give you some ideas for your owm.
1. Loewe Small Puzzle Bag.
I have been thinking about this bag for at least 3 months, so last week in Thailand I finally decided to try it out for the first time and now I'm so sure that I want it to join my collection in the small size on tan color. I'm convinced about this bag because for it's size can fit a lot, it's not heavy at all, can be worn on different ways and I don't know, there is something about it that make it trendy but at the same time a model that won't bored me with the time. Not to say that I expended all 2017 looking for a neutral bag without making a decision on any more than this one. So after months of consideration, I'm sure it's mean to be.
2. Lady Dior Bag.
I'm not thinking about the Lady Dior, I'm sure that eventually will be in my closet, but I haven't found the perfect one in the pre-loved market, and new it's so freaking expensive, that I'm not prepare to buy it from the store. Because even when I do love it, I don't believe that keeps it's value as a Chanel does and even that one I went for the pre-love route.
3. saint laurenT Large College bag.
This bag has stayed in my list since begging of 2017, I tried it several times on different colors, and even when I was sure that I was going to buy it while in Florence back in September, I decided to do it at the end of the day and I ended up not doing it, because I had a Fendi crush with the Kan I and the Kan I F bag when I visited the store on the same day, so I started doubting it and went home without buying any new handbag, but keep without happening, because I got my first Chanel the next week and I was on a list for a Louis Vuitton Pochette Metis which arrived the same week too, even them I didn't get either, stayed with the Chanel Classic Flap and no other bag since.
4. Louis Vuitton Pochette Metis.
I have to say that I was on the list at the Paseo de Gracia store, it arrived. I got called to go pick it up and I didn't buy it, but not because I didn't love it, but because the previous day to received the call I bought my first Chanel Classic Flap, and the true is that I loved it in Black (was the one that I ordered, because the one in canvas I found it boring and I'm not one to want a collection from the print), it's feel so well made, so durable, looks so chic, but I'll like to try it again before making a commitment to it, because I like it a lot, but I'm not sure about it anymore.
5. Chanel Bailarinas.
I'm a huge bailarinas fan girl and I have been eyeing the Chanel ones for a while, I have a Carolina Herrera ones that are very similar and I haven used them and abuse them for almost 2 years now and I'm sure that I'll love to have the Chanel's in my closet, but I haven't even tried them yet, because expending a great deal on shoes, it's not my priority, I do prefer bags, but I'm loving more and more the comfy and comfort of very well made shoes, since having my Gucci's.
6. Jimmy Choo Romy Pumps.
I tried this back in February on the heel 85 and 100, but I ended up getting a pair of Gianvitto Rossi's at the 100 high, which looks amazing at the feet, but are almost impossible to walk in around the city, so I'll like to get the Romy on 85 and nude color, to be able to used them in an informal way with jeans.
7. Gucci Marmont Belt.
This is one that I sometimes doubt, sometimes love, because when I see it with dresses, skirts and in a very informal way, it's like yes, heaving, and when I see it with high heels paired with jeans/pants I'm like, no no, but it doesn't leave my mind, so I'll eventually have to try it and make a decision about it, but for now still in my list.
